1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Mi-CPID website, user portal, and certificate delivery services (collectively, the "Service") operated by Mi-CPID ("we", "our", "us"). By registering an account, purchasing credits, or submitting a certificate order, you agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety.

If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not use the Service. We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time; continued use of the Service after updates constitutes acceptance.

2. Legal Use Only — IMEI Compliance Notice

Mi-CPID provides IMEI certificate delivery services strictly for lawful device restoration and repair purposes. It is your sole responsibility to ensure that any use of our services complies with all applicable laws and regulations in your country, region, and jurisdiction.

Modifying, altering, changing, cloning, or replacing the IMEI number of a mobile device is illegal in many countries, including but not limited to:

• United Kingdom: Prohibited under the Mobile Telephones (Re-programming) Act 2002. Penalties include up to 5 years imprisonment.
• United States: May constitute a violation of 18 U.S.C. § 1029 (Computer Fraud and Related Activity) and FCC regulations.
• European Union member states: IMEI fraud is a criminal offence across EU member states under various national laws.
• Australia: Prohibited under telecommunications legislation; penalties include fines and imprisonment.
• Turkey: IMEI modification without authorisation is a criminal offence under telecommunications law.
• India: IMEI tampering is a criminal offence under the Indian Penal Code and TRAI regulations.
• Brazil: Illegal under Lei 9.472/97 and ANATEL regulations.
• Many other jurisdictions around the world have similar prohibitions.

Mi-CPID services are intended solely for authorised repair professionals restoring devices to their original, factory-issued IMEI as documented by the original manufacturer. We do not support, condone, facilitate, or enable any unlawful activity.

By using our services, you represent and warrant that:

• You are an authorised professional with legitimate rights to service the device in question.
• The device belongs to you or you have been authorised by the device owner to restore it.
• Your use of our certificates is lawful under all applicable laws in your jurisdiction.
• You will not use our certificates to facilitate fraud, theft, or any criminal activity.

We explicitly disclaim all liability for any unlawful use of our services by users. Any account found to be engaged in unlawful activity will be permanently suspended without refund.

3. Account Registration

To access the Service, you must register an account with a valid email address. You are responsible for:

• Maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials.
• All activity that occurs under your account.
• Notifying us immediately of any unauthorised access.

You must be at least 18 years of age to register. Accounts are non-transferable. We reserve the right to refuse registration or suspend accounts at our discretion.

4. Credits and Payments

Mi-CPID operates on a prepaid credits system. Credits are purchased in advance and consumed when certificate orders are submitted and approved.

• All purchases are final. Credits are non-refundable once consumed.
• Unused credits may be refunded within 14 days of purchase at our discretion, subject to a processing fee, provided no services have been consumed.
• We currently accept cryptocurrency payments only. We do not accept credit cards or bank transfers at this time.
• Credit prices are subject to change without notice.
• Credits have no cash value and cannot be transferred between accounts.
• We are not responsible for failed or delayed cryptocurrency transactions caused by network congestion or user error.

5. Certificate Services

Upon submitting a certificate order and deduction of the applicable credits:

• We aim to deliver approved certificates within 48 hours. Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed.
• Certificate approval is subject to verification of the submitted device information. We reserve the right to reject orders that cannot be verified or that appear fraudulent.
• Rejected orders are reviewed individually. Credits charged for rejected orders will be refunded to your account balance where the rejection was due to our error.
• Credits are not refunded for orders rejected due to inaccurate information submitted by the user.
• Approved certificates are made available for download via your secure portal dashboard.
• Downloaded certificates must only be used on the device for which they were issued.

6. Prohibited Uses

You agree not to use the Service for any of the following:

• Any illegal purpose or in violation of any applicable laws or regulations.
• Submitting false, fabricated, or fraudulent device information.
• Attempting to gain unauthorised access to other accounts or our systems.
• Reverse engineering, scraping, or copying our platform or data.
• Reselling certificates or services obtained through your account without authorisation.
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing our staff or other users.
• Introducing malware, viruses, or malicious code to our systems.

Violation of these prohibitions will result in immediate account termination and may be reported to law enforcement authorities.

7. Reseller and Distributor Accounts

Resellers and Distributors operate under additional terms agreed at the time of account creation. Resellers are responsible for ensuring that their end-users comply with these Terms. We reserve the right to terminate reseller agreements for breach of these Terms or misuse of the platform.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on the Mi-CPID website and platform, including text, graphics, logos, software, and certificates, is the property of Mi-CPID or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not copy, reproduce, or distribute any content without our express written permission.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Mi-CPID shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service, including but not limited to:

• Losses arising from reliance on certificates for any purpose outside of their intended use.
• Service interruptions, delays, or technical failures.
• Unauthorised access to your account.
• Legal consequences arising from your unlawful use of our services.

Our total liability to you for any claim arising under these Terms shall not exceed the value of credits in your account at the time of the claim.

10. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components. We disclaim all warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

11. Privacy

Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By using the Service, you consent to the collection and use of your information as described therein.

12. Account Suspension and Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time, with or without notice, for any of the following reasons:

• Breach of these Terms.
• Suspected fraudulent, abusive, or unlawful activity.
• Non-payment or chargebacks.
• Extended inactivity (accounts inactive for more than 24 months).

Upon termination, your access to the Service will cease and unused credits may be forfeited.

13. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable international law. Any disputes that cannot be resolved amicably shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in the operating jurisdiction of Mi-CPID. If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.

14. Changes to Terms

We may modify these Terms at any time by posting the revised version on this page. Your continued use of the Service after any changes constitutes your acceptance. If you do not agree to the revised Terms, you must stop using the Service. We encourage you to review these Terms periodically.
